A9LH applies before boot and boots its code by corrupting FIRM01.

Then it applies sig patches and other patches to SYSNAND not emuNAND.

If you have completed Plailects Guide you dont even have an emuNAND partition on your SD card yet alone have you used Emunand9 in the entire process.

For starters, corrupting the Firm partitions, any of them, WILL BRICK YOUR 3DS.
